This online community platform is operated by the 5G for Smart Communities Support Platform (5GSC Support Platform).
The 5GSC Support Platform is an EU project dedicated to supporting stakeholders of the European Commission’s Connecting Europe Facility Digital programme, under the calls for project proposals for ‘5G for Smart Communities’.
By building a networking and knowledge-exchange community, the Support Platform’s purpose is to connect and inform stakeholders about upcoming calls, events, information and support relating to 5G for Smart Communities projects, such as application guidance and good practices.
The Commission has so far launched two call for proposals under the Connecting Europe Facility Digital programme (CEF Digital).

The Commission officially launched the third calls for proposals under the digital strand of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme opened with a deadline to apply by 20 February 2024.
